Too Little Oxygen and It’s Health Hazards
What is the relationship between car engines and our health?
Our body is a machine with thousands of engines. These engines are the cells in our body. For the engines to work, they need to burn fuel, much like car engines.
For an engine to function properly, it needs these three things:
- Heat
- Substance to burn
-Oxygen
Remove or have too little of any of these things and the engine won’t work properly. The same thing is true for every single cell in your body.
If it lacks or have too little of heat, substance, or oxygen, it won’t run properly. When you see an old dread-mobile going down the street shaking and spewting black smoke, you know that it’s not running properly anymore.
We are now learning more and more that oxygen deprivation causes different conditions. Fibromyalgia, migraine, headaches, vertigo, and dizziness, just to name a few. Some of these conditions are even considered incurable in the traditional medical system.
Our attention has normally focused on eating well to create substance to burn, and exercising to create heat to burn the substance, but we forget the third factor, oxygen.
There are a number of reasons why we are lacking in oxygen:
Pollution is the most obvious reason. Big cities have become polluted, experts even say that there was twice as much oxygen in the air 50 years ago than now.
Pollution is something we can’t do much about except go where there is less pollution. However, there is something else that we can do…
Again - as I’ve done so many times before with other health problems - I blame this problem on muscle tension and wrong body position.
Hardly anybody breaths as deeply as he/she should do.
This makes the muscles around the breathing passages and the muscles that expands the lungs become tense and weak which in turn makes us breath less air.
The tense muscles prevent proper delivery of blood to the cells instead of supporting it. This also makes the heart work harder to make up for it, straining it too much.
Where the illness materializes depends on in which part of the body the oxygen deprivation is the most sever. Migraine and headaches are caused by oxygen deprivation in the brain, so are many cases of vertigo and dizziness.
Lack of oxygen in the muscle cells result to fibromyalgia, and Cancer can materialize anywhere there is lack of oxygen.
Many of my more resent health programs (such as the migraine program, vertigo/dizziness program and the Fibromyalgia program) are almost entirely focused on increasing the oxygen intake and to spread it around the body.
